Keith Joseph Robertson

Personal Injury Attorney

About Me

I was born and raised in Colorado. From an early age, I was taught that hard work and dedication were the keys to success, and I have used those values to overcome any obstacles in my path. I attended Colorado State University where I received my Bachelors degree in Technical Journalism and Communication with a double concentration in News Editorial and Video and Broadcast News.

I obtained my J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2015. While at Florida Coastal, I received the highest grades in Torts, Criminal Law, and Products Liability as well as participated in state and national mock trial competitions and worked as Editor and Chief of the student newspaper.

Prior to joining Rubenstein Law, I worked as an Assistant Public Defender representing indigent clients accused of serious crimes. Since entering private practice, I dedicated my entire practice of law to litigation of personal injury cases on behalf of negligence victims.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, our dog, and watching sports.
