Evan Abel began his practice as a defense lawyer at the largest defense firm in Florida, where he was named partner. During this time, Evan represented individuals and companies accused of causing catastrophic injury and death due to automobile negligence, premises liability, product liability, and medical malpractice. This helped Evan gain invaluable insight into how large businesses and insurance companies attempt to defend and devalue legitimate claims. Following this, Evan transitioned into representing individuals significantly injured or killed due to the fault of another, including slip/trip and fall type incidents, motor vehicle collisions, as well as representing injured railroad workers covered under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act.
