What do I do if I have collision coverage?
If you have collision coverage on your policy, you can make a claim with your own insurance company. You will likely have a deductible. Your insurer will file a claim against the other insurance company and will seek reimbursement for the deductible. Claims made directly against your own auto insurance company are often resolved quicker.
How can I get reimbursed for the tow and storage fees?
