About

Growing up in New Jersey, Richard C. Rieders has fully embraced his Jersey roots and strongly believes in the importance of hard work and determination.

Richard attended Rutgers University where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in 2012. Staying home in New Jersey, he obtained his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2015. While at Rutgers Law, he proudly represented the school in a sports law competition, becoming one of the few Rutgers students to ever reach the finals of an international moot court competition.

After graduation, Richard worked for an agency representing Major League Baseball players before working as a litigation attorney for a leading New Jersey personal injury firm.

Prior to joining Rubenstein Law, Richard was a Partner at Riehl & Rieders, where he defended personal injury claims on behalf of insurance companies and large self-insured corporations. He fully understands the strategies insurance companies and defense firms use to de-value and minimize claims, and he is excited to put his skills into action to fight tirelessly for the firm’s clients.

Outside of the office, Richard enjoys traveling, sports, and spending time with his friends and family.
