About

Mr. Kirby began his legal practice in New York City with one of the largest law firms worldwide.  For several years, Mr. Kirby practiced as a commercial litigator and gained experience representing global corporations.  He brought this experience and skills to Rubenstein Law in 2010, where he concentrates his practice on zealously representing individuals who are seriously injured or who have lost their loved ones as a result of the negligence of another.  Mr. Kirby represents individuals involved in motor vehicle collisions, slip/trip and fall incidents, incidents related to poor security measures, and defective products.  In Mr. Kirby’s practice, ethically and professionally representing clients is foremost.  To that end, Mr. Kirby has served on The Florida Bar’s Standing Committee on Professionalism for multiple years.  Outside of work, Mr. Kirby enjoys traveling, snowboarding, cycling, running, family, food, wine, and friends.

• $894,615 verdict in October 2016 against Wal-Mart for slip and fall incident leading to a lower back surgery
• $223,059 verdict in May 2019 against negligent driver causing motor vehicle collision resulting in lower back surgery
• $512,000 verdict in October 2019 against a supermarket for a client who slipped and fell and ultimately required lower back surgery
• $1,186,845 in April 2021 verdict against driver who rear-ended client requiring shoulder and lower back surgery
• $474,638 verdict in July 2021 against Racetrac Petroleum for a slip and fall incident requiring client to undergo lower back surgery
