Case Results Highlights

  • $1,300,000 Settlement - Automobile Accident
    • Our client was on his way to work when the defendant slammed into the back of his vehicle, launching the vehicle into a light pole. This horrific car crash landed our client in the hospital with a broken leg and ankle, which required surgery. Despite months of therapy, he needed to have a second surgery and was unable to return to work. Although the defendant was attempting to put our client partially at fault, our firm got them to accept liability and tender the policy limits. We were ultimately able to secure a settlement of $1.3 Million.
