About

Marianne Bartko was born and raised in Maryland. She moved to South Florida where she attended St. Thomas University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. Following her undergraduate education, Marianne achieved her Juris Doctorate degree at St. Thomas University School of Law. During her time at St. Thomas School of Law, Marianne was a member of their Moot Court team. Upon graduation, Marianne began her legal career at a boutique personal injury firm in South Florida where she developed her passion for pursuing justice for those who have been injured by the negligence of others. Marianne joined Rubenstein Law in 2013 and has since continued her career advocating for her clients harmed by the negligence of others.
