Marivi is a dedicated and persistent attorney at Rubenstein Law specializing in Negligence Cases. With over 7+ years’ experience in the Personal Injury Field, she has successfully represented clients that have been injured by no negligence of their own, who need an advocate to ensure their rights. Marivi is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Marivi is a Cuban American born and raised in Miami. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law with a Juris Doctorate (JD) and holds an undergraduate degree from St. Thomas University. Prior to starting her legal career, she clerked at the Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review in Miami, FL. During Law School, Marivi was the head of the Moot Court Society. She participated in several competitions including the National Appellate Advocacy Competition in 2016 and 2017. She was also the Associate Technical Editor of the ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law. Upon graduating she was awarded the Order of Barristers, a membership awarded to those who have excelled in advocacy and service at their respective school.
In her free time, Marivi enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her family.
