About Me

Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Nick has lived in Florida all of his life. Nick graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Political Science. After, he obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

While attending law school, Nick worked for the Hillsborough County State Attorney's Office where he represented the State of Florida for the prosecution of misdemeanor and DUI offenses. He also served as a summer law clerk for the federal judge Hon. Judge Thomas B. Smith at the U.S. District Court of the Middle District of Florida in Orlando, Florida.

Nick previously worked at Florida’s largest insurance defense firm, Cole, Scott & Kissane, on the defense of claims involving vehicle negligence, premises liability, catastrophic personal injury, and coverage litigation involving bad faith and extra-contractual liability. Nick brings this experience working for insurance companies to advocate on behalf of his clients.

Before joining Rubenstein Law, Nick also worked at a large Plaintiff’s firm in Tampa where he took multiple cases to jury verdict and obtained hundreds of settlements for injured clients.

Nick has obtained favorable results in a variety of cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, trucking accidents, TBI cases, and wrongful death cases.

Nick has also obtained multiple six figure and seven figure settlements and jury trial verdicts and is committed to his clients receiving the compensation they deserve.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys running, college football, traveling, and spending time with my friends and family. Nick and his wife have two young children, and they enjoy exploring Tampa Bay together.
