Nicole Armstrong is driven by a passion for holding defendants accountable for their actions, and making sure the firm's clients get everything to which they are entitled. She strives to create a culture at Rubenstein Law that aligns with the firm's core values of justice, excellence, and compassion.
Armstrong joined her father, Robert Rubenstein, at the firm in 2008. At that time, the firm had two offices and a reputation for exceptional results. Even before Armstrong became CEO, one of her top goals was to maintain this high level of excellence amid the firm’s rapid growth. Today, the firm has more than 20 offices in 5 states, and each one lives up to Rubenstein Law’s high standards.
In her daily work, Armstrong focuses on leadership development, big-picture as well as operational strategy, exploring new practice areas, and keeping the firm on the cutting edge of technology. She works closely with the firm's c-suite executives on operations, marketing, technology, and finances.
When not in the office, Armstrong spends time outdoors with her family. She enjoys many different board sports, on land, sea, or snow. In her rare moments of quiet, she can be found indulging in a good fiction book.
