Our 34 year old client was driving his vehicle when the Defendant attempted to merge into his lane, side swiping his car on the driver's side. There was not a lot of visible damage to the client's vehicle therefore the Defendant argued that this impact could not have possibly caused the client's injuries. We overcame this hurdle by proving that the while there was not a lot of visible damage, the impact was severe enough to damage the car's frame, something that could only be seen when the car was taken apart for repair. With a force strong enough to damage his vehicle's frame, the client sustained injuries to his neck, back, and shoulder, requiring multiple surgeries.
