In 1988, Robert Rubenstein opened a law firm in Florida with a straightforward mission: to fight for people who were hurt because of someone else’s negligence.
That mission has not changed.
What started as a single practice has grown into one of the most established personal injury firms in the country, with offices across Florida and New York and a Mass Tort division representing clients nationwide. Over the decades, the firm expanded its practice areas, developed deep expertise in complex litigation, and built a team capable of taking on major insurance companies, corporations, and defendants of any size.
Nicole Armstrong, who joined the firm as an attorney and rose to Chief Executive Officer, has played a central role in shaping Rubenstein Law into what it is today. Under her leadership, the firm has continued to expand its reach, strengthen its legal team, and deepen its commitment to the clients we serve.
Today, Rubenstein Law handles some of the most serious injury cases in the country, including auto accidents, catastrophic injuries, medical malpractice, mass tort litigation, and wrongful death.
