About

Brandon was born and raised in Miami, not far from the Rubenstein Law main office.  Brandon attended the University of Florida on a bright futures scholarship for his undergraduate degree and Texas A&M School of Law.

After law school, Brandon practiced in Texas for over a decade representing people injured by the negligence of others, insurance companies and businesses.  As part of that practice in Texas, Brandon tried over 75 cases, first chair, to juries, mostly in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.  Although Texas is wonderful and Brandon gained a great deal of trial experience, he decided to come back home to Florida, to help Floridians and be closer to family.

When not lawyering Brandon enjoys playing soccer, reading and spending time with his wife and daughter.
