About Me
I was born in Jamaica and raised in South Florida. I graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. I received my Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law. During law school, I worked as a legal assistant in a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm. In addition, I was on the executive board of the Caribbean Student Bar Association, a member of the trial team, and a certified legal intern at Florida International University’s Children’s Immigration Clinic. Prior to joining Rubenstein Law, I was a plaintiff’s personal injury litigator. It was there that I dedicated my career to passionately advocating for individuals and who were seriously injured as well as families who lost a loved one through the negligence of others.
When I’m not working I love spending time with my family, reading, and engaging in outdoor activities such as cycling, canoeing, and skydiving.
