About Me

I was born in Brooklyn and raised in Staten Island, New York.  From an early age, I believed I could achieve any goal I set for myself if I worked hard to achieve it.  As such, although it did not always come easy, I always excelled in academics and sports. 

I attended Binghamton University where I graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English in December of 2003.  While at Binghamton, I was an active member of the National English Honor Society of Sigma Tau Delta.  It was here, that I developed my love of writing and oral advocacy.  After college, I received my Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law-Newark, where I was an editor on the Rutgers Business Law Journal.  While at Rutgers, I participated in the Rutgers Urban Legal Clinic, which gave me the opportunity to advocate on behalf of clients who would not otherwise be able to afford adequate legal representation.  In law school, I developed a strong passion for being able to help others.

Prior to joining Rubenstein Law, I was a trial attorney at a New York Plaintiff’s only personal injury firm.  While there, I successfully litigated and secured millions of dollars in settlements on behalf of my clients in addition to trying many cases to verdict when insurance companies would not agree to pay the amount the client deserved in settlement.  I consistently fought to help injured clients obtain the justice they deserve. 

My philosophy is that every injured individual, regardless of their financial circumstances, deserves the very best legal representation.

In my free time, I enjoy running, traveling, spending time with my family and watching my sons play sports.
