About Me

I am a native New Yorker, raised in the Bronx by immigrant parents who instilled in me the value of serving those in need. During my time at SUNY Buffalo, I joined the International Institute of Buffalo, assisting newly arrived refugees in securing employment, housing, and social services, and helping them rebuild their communities. I graduated with a B.A. in Political Science in 2012 and returned to New York City to participate in a nationwide AmeriCorps program focused on improving anti-poverty non-profits.

In this role, I collaborated with various NYC non-profits to identify their technological needs, recruited volunteer IT engineers, and managed technical projects such as enhancing web presence, providing ongoing hardware support, and conducting technology training sessions. These efforts helped non-profits make a greater impact on issues affecting low-income individuals and families in NYC.

While attending the City University School of Law, I sharpened my trial advocacy skills in Moot Court and held internships with the District Attorney’s Office in the Bronx and Kings County. I observed criminal trials, drafted decisions during judicial internships with the Bronx Supreme Court and Kings County Criminal Court. After obtaining my Juris Doctorate in 2016, I served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney's Office, where I investigated and prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases, including assaults, aggravated offenses, domestic violence, DUI/DWIs, gun possession, juvenile offenses, and targeted violent offenses.

Subsequently, I transitioned to civil law practice at a medical practice defense firm, representing doctors, hospitals, insurance companies, and municipalities. Driven by a desire to serve those in need, I joined a plaintiff’s personal injury firm specializing in all areas of litigation, from the initial filing of claims to courtroom defense. Leveraging my experience as a prosecutor, I approach each case with thorough investigation, striving for justice and securing millions on behalf of clients and their families by holding defendants accountable for their negligent actions.

I am dedicated to achieving the highest possible compensation for my clients through case resolutions and settlements. Establishing client trust by providing attentive support throughout the litigation process is crucial to my practice.
