Branden Weber
About
Branden Weber was raised in Orlando, Florida. He earned his undergraduate degree while playing for Florida Southern College’s baseball team, on an athletic scholarship. Branden graduated with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2016. There, he served as a managing editor of the Florida Law Review. Branden began his legal career at Carlton Fields, handling commercial and construction litigation.
Branden has devoted nearly his entire career to helping people who suffer severe injuries. Before joining Rubenstein Law, Branden worked at two nationwide plaintiff firms, where he developed expertise in product liability and personal injury cases. In his prior roles, Branden litigated cases in state and federal courts throughout the country, involving motor vehicle accidents as well as a range of consumer and commercial products. In 2025, Branden was recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Florida Super Lawyers publication.
