About

Born and raised in Cuba, Brenda Reinoso immigrated to the United States with her family at the age of 13. Her father instilled in her from a young age the importance of education and hard work—values that have guided her throughout her life. She is proud to be the first attorney in her family.

Brenda earned her Bachelor of General Studies from Florida Atlantic University in 2019. Shortly after graduation, she worked as a pre-litigation assistant at Rubenstein Law. It was during this time that she solidified her decision to attend law school. After two years at Rubenstein Law, Brenda enrolled at Barry University School of Law. While at Barry, she distinguished herself both academically and through her extracurricular involvement. She was a member of the Cuban American Bar Association and served as the Professional Development Chair for the Hispanic American Law Student Association. Her advocacy skills were recognized when she placed among the Top 32 advocates in Barry’s First-Year Moot Court Competition. As a student legal representative in the Barry Law Immigration Clinic, Brenda had the opportunity to represent clients in immigration proceedings, an experience that further strengthened her commitment to serving others.

Before returning to Rubenstein Law as an attorney, Brenda gained valuable experience as a law clerk at Maaswinkel Law, PA. There, she worked closely with an experienced litigator, drafting motions, conducting legal research, and assisting in trial preparation. Outside of her legal work, Brenda enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
