A Miami native and first-generation attorney, Cindy understands firsthand the importance of perseverance, preparation, and strong advocacy. Cindy earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2020, graduating cum laude. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University in 2017. Prior to joining Rubenstein Law, Cindy practiced at a high-volume personal injury firm where she handled both pre-suit and litigation matters for approximately five years. Managing a substantial caseload sharpened her skills in case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and litigation strategy. She approaches each case with strategic focus and determination, while remaining mindful that her clients are often navigating one of the most challenging periods of their lives. Her goal is to ensure they feel heard, supported, and confidently represented throughout the litigation process.
