Daniela A. Fundora
About
Daniela Fundora was born in Cuba and came to the United States with her family at the age of nine. South Florida has been her home ever since. Inspired by her parents’ resilience, Daniela has always been hardworking, determined, and driven, qualities that have guided her throughout her education and ultimately into her legal career.
Daniela attended Florida International University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in three years and completed the Pre-Law Skills and Professional Values Certificate Program. She later attended Florida International University College of Law, where she served as Treasurer and later as President of the FIU Cuban American Bar Association, while also serving as Executive Articles Editor for the FIU Latin American and Caribbean Law Review. Her involvement in the legal community extended beyond campus leadership through volunteer work with CABA Pro Bono and participation in the law school’s legal clinic, where she gained additional experience serving community members.
After her first year of law school, Daniela joined Rubenstein Law as a Law Clerk in the firm’s Mass Torts Department and has remained with the firm ever since, continuing to develop her legal skills before ultimately transitioning into her role as an attorney.
In her free time, Daniela enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and going to the beach.
