About

David has extensive experience in the personal injury field and a demonstrated record of success. Prior to his tenure at Rubenstein Law, he served as the sole, dedicated Massachusetts litigation attorney at a renowned New England personal injury firm, where he resolved hundreds of cases by negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and jury trial and recovered millions of dollars for his clients. Prior to that, he helped manage a South Florida-based plaintiffs’ personal injury litigation firm, where he expanded the types of cases the firm handled to include commercial litigation and product liability cases and was responsible for navigating complex issues to bring cases toward disbursement and file closure.

David’s experience is unique in that he has managed personal injury cases in all stages, from inception, through presuit, litigation, trial, as well as on appeal. David has a passion for travel and history and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
