Edismary Brito
About
Originally, Edismary Brito was born in Havana, Cuba. She relocated to Miami as a child with her family. Edismary is the first member of her family to reach the collegiate level, earning a Bachelor of Biological Science and a minor in Psychology from Florida International University. Before law school, she was a pre-litigation assistant at Rubenstein Law for nearly three years. She knew, then, she wanted to come back to Rubenstein Law as an attorney because of the firm’s commitment to clients and the community involvement the firm provides.
Edismary graduated at the top of her class with a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. During law school, she served as the Pro-Bono Coordinator of the Hispanic American Law Student Association (HALSA). Additionally, she became a senior clinician at the Immigration and Humans Rights Clinic, where she helped educate immigrants about their legal rights. Furthermore, she was a law clerk at Pajcic & Pajcic, a personal injury firm.
As a licensed member of the Florida Bar, Edismary is committed to zealously representing injured individuals involved in auto accidents, slip/trip and falls and other accidents resulting from the negligence of others. Helping those in need and holding wrongdoers accountable is her definition of justice.
