Fort Lauderdale – Dental Clinic Failed to Properly Sterilize Equipment

Nova Southeastern University announced on November 27th – that one of its dental clinics did not properly sterilize equipment.

Since the mouth is the most susceptible place to contract an infection because of blood exchanges and thin membranes, this leaves 1,100 patients potentially exposed to Hep B, Hep C, and HIV. This appears to be a serious case of medical malpractice that could affect many people. More details to come…..
