Harper has litigated cases on behalf of seriously injured New Yorkers since 2011. Known for her exceptional written and oral advocacy skills, she has obtained favorable judgments for clients throughout New York City. She is both an accomplished trial lawyer and a seasoned appellate lawyer, winning appeals that have created favorable case law for plaintiffs in New York’s Appellate Division. She has particular expertise in complex liability issues surrounding premises liability and construction accident cases. Harper is proud to have joined Rubenstein Law in 2024.
