Joey Chindamo

About

Joey has called Florida home for more than 25 years. He graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism. He then joined one of Orlando’s top TV newsrooms as an associate producer. After leaving local news, Joey started law school at the Florida State University College of Law. He competed in state and national competitions on both the Moot Court and Mock Trial teams. 

Joey started his legal career serving the people of Orange County as an Assistant State Attorney, where he prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases and tried over 40 jury and non-jury trials. Joey then joined a national Am Law 200 civil defense firm where he represented large corporations and insurance companies. There, Joey learned the tactics insurance companies and defense firms use in injury cases. After several years, Joey chose to use this knowledge to fight for justice on behalf of people and families whose lives were devastated by the negligence of others. Ever since, Joey has focused his practice exclusively on representing injured people and their families, and he has recovered over $16 million for his clients.

Outside of work, Joey loves spending time with his family, traveling, snowboarding, and enjoying live music.
