Nicholas Joseph, a personal injury attorney born and raised in Miami, Florida, always knew he wanted to be an attorney from a very young age. Although Nick was never the most gifted student in his class, he excelled in school due to his resilience and hard work. He is now a dedicated personal injury attorney known for fiercely advocating on behalf of individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. With a career built on perseverance, and a deep understanding of personal injury law, he has successfully recovered millions of dollars for clients across the state.
Nick attended the University of Central Florida where he received his Bachelor’s degree in History and a minor in Legal Studies. He later moved back home to Miami and attended law school at St. Thomas University College of Law where he obtained a J.D. in May of 2024.
