About Me
Ninfa Rodriguez Schmidt serves as the Managing Partner of Rubenstein Law. She first joined the firm in 1990 at the outset of her legal career. Under the mentorship of firm founder Robert Rubenstein, she rose through key roles within the organization before earning her law degree and returning as an attorney. Over the past three decades, Ninfa has played a pivotal role in the firm’s growth. Her performance quickly distinguished her from top performing attorney to strategic leader.
Today, Ninfa leads firmwide operations, overseeing a team of more than 60 attorneys, including 13 Board Certified Trial Lawyers, and a management team of over 30 professionals. Under her leadership, the firm has grown from a Florida based practice to a nationally recognized firm, employing over 400 employees, and established the Mass Tort Department. She has been instrumental in the firm recovering billions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for clients.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Ninfa enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
