Brutal murder of elderly couple in mobile home park due in part to the failure of the property owner to properly and reasonably secure the premises from intrusion by criminals. The property allowed an access point through a fence that had been broken for some time before this incident. We became involved through a referral from retiring counsel to proceed to trial. After extensive discovery revealed the true nature of the negligence of the property owner, the parties reached a resolution.
