About

Trakina Graham-Williams is a litigation attorney at Rubenstein Law, where she represents individuals and families who have suffered injuries as a result of negligence. She brings decades of courtroom experience, strategic litigation insight, and a steadfast commitment to holding negligent parties accountable through the civil justice system.

Trakina earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 2000. During law school, she distinguished herself as a leader and advocate, serving as a Florida Bar Student Representative, Interim Justice of the Florida State University Supreme Court, and Vice President of the Florida State University Mock Trial Team.

Trakina began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney and later served as an Assistant Statewide Prosecutor. Her extensive trial background laid a strong foundation in courtroom advocacy, litigation strategy, and the management of complex, high-stakes cases.

Prior to joining Rubenstein Law, Trakina spent 17 years representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters. Today, she draws on both her prosecutorial and civil litigation experience to aggressively pursue justice on behalf of her clients.

She is a member of the Paul C. Perkins Bar Association and the Florida Justice Association and serves on the Board of Directors of the Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association.

Outside of her practice, Trakina enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
