There are a variety of ways to protect your benefits, and our firm will be happy to help you choose the one that is right for you when your case settles. For benefits such as Medicare and SSDI, there is no danger of your settlement interfering with your benefits.

Who will pay for the wages I lost when I was too hurt to go to work?
